Scientists are studying the brains of mice and think they have located the region of the brain where Alzheimer’s begins to develop. According to their study, a single protein is responsible. Based on this recent information, a new drug is being tested and is in the final stages of clinical trial. When the results come out later this year, we will find out if we are on a major break through of this mysterious disease.
