The right to give Miranda Rights?

with 6 comments

The circulation of news that the Obama administration is ordering the FBI to read certain terrorist captives/ suspects their Miranda rights just sticks me the wrong way..

No Way

I believe once a person has done an act of terror against or plotted the United States they should in no way, shape or form be treated as a normal criminal. That includes certain rights that the United States reserves for civilians such as your Miranda rights. This is wrong on so many fronts. This will inevitably hinder the gathering of intelligence. [The right to remain silent] [I want my lawyer]. Since when can terrorists have a lawyer? Duh? Have we gone soft on the people who want to do America harm?

Unfortunately, once the terorists set foot on American soil, they had rights. Thanks Obama, for F*n it up.

Ya think maybe he’s got pimples. He’s as naive as a teenager.

  4. “You have the right to remain silent”…if they can hold that silence while someone is slowly injecting a 16 penny through that left nut then great!

  5. Oops! Left out a minor detail in my site info.
